Mallory Cole
Senior Vice President, Corporate Services Operations
Mallory Cole serves as Senior Vice President, Corporate Services Operations for Children’s Health.
In this role, Mallory leads enterprise planning efforts in partnership with Strategy and operational leaders. She is responsible for developing the business planning department and oversees the single point of entry for organizational commitments.
Before joining Children’s Health in 2022, Mallory served as a senior account principal and consultant leading the nationwide implementation of a suite of innovative employer‑driven health care solutions for Crossover Health.
Mallory previously served as director and account lead for Cope Health Solutions advising on value-based care strategy and network design for national health systems. She oversaw and developed clients’ strategic roadmap for short-term and long-term initiatives.
Prior to serving as a health care consultant, Mallory facilitated regional transformation initiatives for JPS Health Network from 2011 to 2014. She directly oversaw staff of the Regional Health Partnership and was responsible for HR and financial performance of the department.
Mallory graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Psychology from Texas A&M University. She earned her Master of Health Administration from UNT Health Science Center. Mallory holds certifications in specialist managed care from Healthcare Financial Management Associates and New York State Medicaid value-based payment. She is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and is published in the “Journal of Health Politics, Policy and Law, Volume 43 Number 2.”
