Instructions for the asthma straw challenge

Asthma hurts... if you want to know what it feels like, take the asthma straw challenge! Share your video by using #awsthmastrawchallenge.

1. Hold your nose and breathe through a stir straw for 15-20 seconds as if you are using it to drink*.
2. Describe in one word how it felt to breathe through the straw.
3. Now that you know what it feels like to have asthma, please challenge your friends to take the straw challenge.

*WARNING: Do not share your straw with others or try this for more than 20 seconds or if your have asthma or a respiratory illness.
